Movies Now!

Alright so we’ve had a rocky few days. We made the app available on the App Store on Monday, the 4th to find ourselves in big mess as we ran into some issues with a new upgrade to our servers.

We’ve spent the last 2 days fixing these issues and can now safely say that the app is very stable and actually a whole lot faster as well.

The Push Notifications feature was supposed to be available in this release but we’ve had to delay it to the next version due to some technical issues. The new version has already been submitted and it should be available within the next 6-7 days.

For those of you who are not familiar with this feature, this is how it works – For every movie on your WishList, Movies Now will automatically send you a reminder 3 days in advance of a movie opening and also another reminder on the day that the movie opens.

Its an easy way to keep up to date with movies that you would like to watch in theaters. This is a really cool feature and one we think all our users will love!
